Eric Perraudin

Eric Perraudin, a representative director in Japan

Eric Perraudin is a professional management consultant who started his career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and PwC consulting with a focus on finance industry, technology and consumer goods. He specializes in strengthening corporate strategy and implementing it to quickly deliver measurable results to clients. Recently, he has advised several major companies to set up new Japan operations, define investment strategy, create investment teams and improve service operations of their acquisitions. Eric believes that bringing “best practice” of foreign management to Japan can bring spectacular results as shown by the Nissan turnaround and the stellar returns (60%) achieved by investors such as Ripplewood. Eric holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. Chihiro Nakamura is a professional manager and accountant with more than 15 years’ experience in accounting , payroll, cash management and tax compliance. She holds a US CPA from Washington state. She is a Japanese from Osaka and is bilingual in English. She has advised many foreign corporation in Japan on setting up efficient and supportive back office systems to facilitate their success in Japan markets. While living more than 5 years in the US, she has developed strong intercultural and communication skills. She has been working in JMC for more than 8 years and is now holding the position of Senior Manager. Chihiro lives in the central area of Tokyo, Minato-ku. During her free time, she enjoys swimming and reading books.
