Eric Perraudin

Eric PerraudinEric Perraudin is a professional management consultant who started his career at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and PwC consulting with a focus on finance industry, technology and consumer goods. He specializes in strengthening corporate strategy and implementing it to quickly deliver measurable results to clients. Recently, he has advised several major companies to set up new Japan operations, define investment strategy, create investment teams and improve service operations of their acquisitions. Eric believes that bringing “best practice” of foreign management to Japan can bring spectacular results as shown by the Nissan turnaround and the stellar returns (60%) achieved by investors such as Ripplewood. Eric holds a Master in Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris as well as an MBA form MIT Sloan School of Management. Sachi Watanabe

Sachi Watanabe is a confirmed management consultant specialized in helping international companies in industries like fashion and finance to introduce worldwide best practice in their Japanese subsidiaries.
